Which CAD file formats does DraftFlow support?+
DraftFlow renders DWG, RVT, IFC, STEP, and PDF directly in the browser — no plug-ins or desktop CAD software required for clients to review and approve drawings.
What is an approval certificate and is it legally defensible?+
Every approval generates an immutable certificate with the signer's identity, IP address, timestamp, and a content hash of the approved revision. Records cannot be edited or deleted — they're built to hold up in a dispute.
Is DraftFlow truly multi-tenant?+
Yes. Each studio runs in an isolated workspace enforced by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. Clients only see projects they've been explicitly invited to; team members only see their own organisation's data.
Can I brand the client portal?+
Practice and Enterprise plans include white-label: your logo, your colour palette, your custom domain, and white-labelled emails. Clients experience your studio's brand, not DraftFlow's.
How does the revision workflow work?+
