Is InventFlow a true multi-tenant SaaS platform?+
Yes. Each company runs in an isolated tenant enforced by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. No data ever bleeds between companies, and role-based permissions are checked at the database, not just the UI.
How are approval workflows enforced?+
Requisitions follow a configurable multi-step approval chain (e.g. Site PM → Procurement → Ops Manager) with value thresholds. Purchase orders cannot be issued without the required approvals — this is enforced server-side, not just in the front-end.
Can InventFlow track materials per project?+
Yes. Every issued, transferred, or delivered item carries a project tag. The project ledger shows budget vs actual material spend, committed POs, and remaining budget in real time.
Does it work for multiple warehouses and yards?+
InventFlow is built warehouse-first. Stock-on-hand, transfers, reorder points, and audit history are all per-warehouse. Site yards are first-class warehouses too.
What about fleet, fuel, and deliveries?+
Fleet management ships with the platform: vehicle register, driver assignments, fuel logs with abuse alerts, service intervals, and signed proof-of-delivery for site dispatches.
